		<description>The problem that was ran into was most likely due to the CSConfig not being ran after product or service pack installation. If you go through the CSConfig it will configure the Staging Service account which along with setting the account the service will run under it will also set the permissions on the neccessary files and add the account to the correct groups. If you look in Services and see the Commerce Server Staging service running under the Network Service account then the server has not been properly configured.</description>

		<description>Ran into this same issue. I told Microsoft the problem when I ran into it and they said that they would be updating their documentation but there is really no telling if that will ever happen.</description>
