Later I found the reason. When I installed BizTalk eConnect adapter, I did not have the login info for GP, and so skipped "Outgoing Service", "Incoming Service" and "Com+ Services". The first two skipped successfully, but the Com+ just went ahead with the installation. It should have got installed with the default System Account. I had the same problem. Later I found the reason.
