		<description>I had the same problem. Later I found the reason. When I installed BizTalk eConnect adapter, I did not have the login info for GP, and so skipped &quot;Outgoing Service&quot;, &quot;Incoming Service&quot; and &quot;Com+ Services&quot;. The first two skipped successfully, but the Com+ just went ahead with the installation. It should have got installed with the default System Account.</description>
