I did have an issue because my page scrolled quite a bit and the shading and indicator wasn&#039;t visible if you scrolled.

So I changed the line to

blur.style.height = document.documentElement.clientHeight;
to
blur.style.height = document.documentElement.scrollHeight;

Then I added the document.documentElement.scrollTop to the progress.style.top property.  Then the indicator was always in the middle and the background was completely covered.</description>
