Hi Wegner,

I recommend you to publish your book with http://safari.peachpit.com/
With then you can publish some chapters first until you publish the complete book. I hope this help.

Wade,

Thanks for letting us know what's going on with the book. I'm truly sorry to hear that Wiley cancelled it, and I appreciate all of your hard work on the book. I do hope you self-publish it and make it available soon. I've bought several books that were published via InstantPublisher.com and they have been of high quality and good books. Their web site isn't much, but the quality of the books that I've purchased have been good. Anyhow, thanks again for the update and I'm looking forward to seeing the book come to fruition.

Best regards,
Mike

Dude, you don't know how forward we were looking to this book coming out, as it looked to be the only one even in development. Hopefully you'll be able to find a solution to this pretty soon, as we're already starting to work with Commerce Server 2007, and there's very little published docs (except for the web) on this content.
Sorry to hear about the issues with the publisher. We're looking forward to when it finally comes available.

I hope this book is published soon, it will definitely fill a void. It's really too bad Wiley dropped it. Anyhow, looking forward to it regardless of the publisher.

Thanks, Phillip.

Incidentally, has anyone ever heard of Lulu? It's a self publishing service: http://www.lulu.com/
