		<description>Welcome aboard Wade! I agree with all your points except the 520 trail. I ride the 520 trail to Evergreen point sometimes, and let me just say it&#039;s a bit non-intuitive when it drops you off in the middle of no where. I know my way now.....after trial and error.

Hold on, you are in for a wild ride :-)

BTW, I am in the same building as Clemens so maybe we&#039;ll grab coffee some time.
